Welcome to Elena's Fitness.With today's busy lifestyle, finding time for fitness and exercise may be difficult. That's why an efficient, balanced and progressive fitness program, can make a big difference in achieving results.
I provide fun, efficient and goal oriented personal training, for individuals, couples, families and small groups. My focus is on creating a program that meet your specific needs. It may include nutrition, gradual change of habits into a more active and healthier lifestyle, specific fitness and nutrition education that you will be able to use on your own and/or sport specific training for better performance.
As a certified personal trainer, and with the additional education from the Fitness Leadership program in Seneca College on anatomy, injury prevention, rehabilitation, nutrition and more, you can feel confident that my programs are safe and efficient.
My services are provided in a friendly environment, either at my studio in Thornhill or at the client's home or office.
I believe that exercising in a friendly and supportive environment is essential, and motivates to come back for more. I train with weights, medicine balls, stability balls, jumping ropes, other accessories, and in particular - your own body weight.
The results are great, the feeling is magnificent!
